TIMEZONES – Visitor Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 21 – 22 November 2025
Event: Timezones (“the Exhibition”)

By entering the Exhibition premises, you (“the Visitor”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before attending.

1. Admission and Tickets

1.1   Admission is granted only to Visitors who have registered to attend the Exhibition. Registration is free and can be completed on our website: www.timezonesofficial.com. If Visitors arrive without a valid ticket, they can register at the event but earlier registration is highly encouraged.  

1.2  Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the date(s) and time(s) stated.

1.3  The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Visitor for non-compliance with these Terms or for behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

1.4 Re-entry may be subject to security checks and verification.

 2. Behaviour and Conduct

2.1 Visitors must behave respectfully toward exhibitors, staff, and other attendees at all times.

2.2  Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise disruptive behaviour will result in removal without refund.

2.3 Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the venue except in designated areas.

2.4 Visitors must comply with all venue rules, signage, and staff instructions and local laws.

3. Photography, Filming, and Media

3.1 The Exhibition and its exhibitors may be photographed, recorded, or filmed by authorised personnel.

3.2  By attending, Visitors grant the Organiser the irrevocable right to use their image, likeness, and voice in any photographs, recordings, or media captured at the event for promotional, archival, or editorial purposes, without compensation.

3.3 Personal photography and video are permitted for private use only. Commercial use, live streaming, or professional equipment (e.g., cameras, drones, tripods, lighting) requires prior written approval and applicable permits.

4. Health, Safety, and Security

4.1  Visitors must follow all health and safety instructions provided by the Organiser or venue staff.

4.2 Bags and belongings may be subject to inspection. Prohibited items (including weapons, hazardous materials, and outside food or drink where restricted) are not permitted.

4.3 In case of an emergency, Visitors must follow staff directions and evacuation procedures immediately.

5. Liability

5.1  The Organiser accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of property, except where caused by its proven negligence.

5.2 Attendance and participation in any activities are at the Visitor’s own risk.

5.3         The Organiser is not responsible for actions or representations made by exhibitors or third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1  All logos, designs, branding, and content displayed at the Exhibition are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

6.2 Visitors may not use the Exhibition name, branding, or materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Personal data collected through ticketing or registration will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.

7.2  By providing contact details, Visitors consent to receive essential event information and promotional communications by the Organiser and authorised partners. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

8.Event Changes and Cancellation

8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to alter the event programme, schedule, layout, or participating exhibitors without notice.

8.2 In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control (including force majeure, government restrictions, or safety concerns), liability will be limited to ticket refunds only.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE. 

9.2 Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
